Discovery Optics Guarantee

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products and service! Just return any new unused item to us within 10 days from the date delivered and we will refund your money. You must include a copy of your receipt and the product must be in new condition. We can not accept returns on special order items. All returns must have a return authorization number, please call or email if needed.

Shipping charges are not refundable. Returned product is credited the amount of the order less the actual cost of original shipping. If your order was free shipping your return credit will be the amount of the order, less the raw cost of actual shipping.

All warranties are through the manufacturer only. No manufacture warranties are implied by Discovery Optics. You will notice we only sell optics that have an outstanding warranty from reputable companies and we do not sell any used or gray market products. Discovery Optics is not responsible for mis-prints or errors on our site or any printed advertisement. Personal and or business checks are held 10 days. Once you mount a scope it becomes used product and used products are not eligible for refund, exchange, or return (placing the scope in rings constitutes mounting).

We only ship to United States of America addresses. In order to conform to US Export rules and regulations, Discovery Optics will not engage in any transaction that will require the illegal export of any products and will not assist directly or indirectly with the illegal export or re-export of any products.

All International Credit Cards are subject to a 2.5% charge. Returns beyond 10 days are subject to a 15% Restocking Fee.
